If someone were to ask you the question, who or what do you love the most? What
would you say? What were the first thought/s that surfaced to your conscious mind? Did
you know that there is a definitive right answer? However, the right answer must come
before any of the others. We love our family, our friends, our significant others, our pets,
etc. But, what about ourselves? Life forces us to wear many hats, making us highly
susceptible to forgetting or losing our intrinsic primary identity. It is me, it is you, it is us.
We must learn to love ourselves first before we can truly love any of those answers that
came before ourselves, or completely exclude ourselves, not realizing the tragedy.
Loving one’s self is the first and most important person to love. Self love opens the
doors towards finding yourself authentically, without apology. It is not selfish to love
yourself first. It is the standard and expectations birthed from self-love, which lead to
self-realization and your thriving path of purpose.
Who am I ? I am many. I am a BIPOC, neurodivergent woman, a mother of seven, a
wife, and a student of both life and academia. I am in love with my sincere passion and
desire to lead and inspire others. I found myself later in life, through facing and enduring
through my own struggles, and making it to the other side. As I continue to blaze my
own path in this big and at times, a cruel world, gaining the understanding that we do
not have to walk it alone, has been the most profound revelation. When others
extended their hands to lift me up when I fell, or when those offered hands were
postured to praise my accomplishments with pride, it was in those moments that is
when I was loving myself. There is a truth and resolve which accompanies self-
realization, of which no one else can take away from you. After I figured out how to love
myself first, I was able to find my purpose and see the world differently. I wanted to
“happen to the world” and not constantly carry the weight of “the world happening to
me.” My purpose lay dormant within because I could not hear myself. I was too worried
about the noise and the expectations to hear others tell me where I belong in this world.
Sure, they were trying to help but it didn’t. My realization of purpose is to be those
hands which uplift, cheer when no one is watching, help you up when you’re down and
figure it out together. We are all worth it, whether you may think so, or not. and
responsibility to use my gifts and talents, to be those hands for others, enabling each
individual to design their own “self map”, through growing and utilizing the power of
self-advocacy and self-agency. There are many pathways that lead to one’s desired
destin (y) nation. With Clarity & Solace, you will never walk alone !
Who am I ? She knows that the “world owes her nothing, she knows that she owes it to
herself.” She understands her purpose in this world. She knows that she was” Born to
Shine and Built for the Rain”... Christina Andrews
I empower individuals to discover the potential and greatness within themselves through my uniquely developed framework, coined the “Hierarchy of Success.” By establishing and enacting the principles of Self-Realization, Self-Actualization, and Self-Activation, I guide and inspire individuals to identify and construct SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goals, a life plan, and the powerful instrument of change through Self-Activation. Navigating life can be an overwhelming and confusing journey. We guide and assist individuals to make their own journey maps to greatness… “ I dream, therefore I exist.” - J. August Strindberg
To cultivate a world where every individual and organization—regardless of background—has access to tools that inspire the authentic, best self. “Tell me why you can’t, and I will show you how you can!”
